My Role
The project was a 'first' in many ways. I started my professional journey to design Health Records, solving unique problems to make healthcare understandable. I worked under the direct guidance of the Co-founder and partnrered with a product manager in crafting the idea into a product while supporting the company's mission to make healthcare in India understandable, accessible & affordable.

My work aimed at simplifying health data interpretation through intelligent design, making health information more accessible and democratic for individuals. We conducted multiple user interviews to understand the user needs and worked closely with in-house doctors to provide verified and accurate information as we solve. I also closely collaborated with engineers to overcome technical and process related hurdles ensuring we deliver the desired experience and kept evolving the product based on user feedbacks.
