My role and responsibilities
As part of the Natural User Interface team that functioned horizontally to design Inking and Voice Experiences within Microsoft Apps, I was a part of an Inking project to understand the workflow of Inking users consuming PDFs where most of the usage came from.

Working alongside a co-designer and a Product Manager from the team, we conducted user research to identify pain points in user's inking workflow as they consumed PDF and came up with an experience starting from Edge which is the default PDF viewer for windows devices.

I was a part of the project from the start and contributed towards research, coming up with user stories, design iterations and prototype and videos for showcasing. During this time we partnered with other teams like Edge and OneNote to get alignment and work towards getting the experience delivered for general availability. Part of the experience is live on Edge and the remaining is in the roadmap ahead.
